Your 14-day free trial gives full access to the plan you selected — no credit card needed. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe quarterly or simply let it expire. We never charge you automatically.

Each plan base price covers up to 50 employees. If you have more than 50, you pay the additional per-employee rate for every employee above 50. For example, on Core with 70 employees: ₹4,999 + (20 × ₹69) = ₹6,379/month. Simple and predictable.

Karnataka Professional Tax (PT), PF, and ESI are included in all plans including Core. LWF and Gratuity auto-calculation are available from the Premium plan onwards. All compliance data is updated same-day when Karnataka regulations change.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and access new features immediately — we'll pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next quarterly billing cycle. Contact our Bangalore support team and we'll handle it for you.

No setup fee on any plan. Our Koramangala-based onboarding team will guide you through the full setup — employee data import, payroll configuration, and Karnataka compliance setup — at no extra cost. Most companies are live within 2 business hours.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Razorpay. GST invoices are issued automatically every quarter. We also support purchase orders for Enterprise customers.
