Our system is pre-configured with Karnataka PT slab rates as per the Karnataka Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1976. Employees earning up to Rs.24,999/month are exempted. For Rs.25,000 and above, Rs.200 is deducted monthly, with the Rs.300 February deduction included automatically. PT reports and challan-ready data are prepared for review before filing on the e-PRERANA portal.
Yes. PF is calculated at 12% employee + 12% employer contribution on basic salary, subject to applicable PF rules. ESI is applied at 0.75% employee + 3.25% employer for eligible employees with gross salary up to Rs.21,000/month. Both are computed, reflected in payslips, and prepared as challan-ready reports for review.

Yes. TDS is projected and tracked every month based on each employee's declared investments and HRA exemptions. At year-end, Form 16 Part A and Part B data can be prepared for review and issuance. Employees can also declare investments through the self-service portal, which updates projected TDS calculations.
Karnataka LWF contributions are deducted in June and December each year: Rs.20 from the employee and Rs.40 from the employer per eligible employee. The software flags the LWF deduction months in advance, includes the deduction in applicable payslips, and prepares contribution reports for review.
