Working Hours Limit
Max 9 hours/day · Max 48 hours/week
The system tracks total hours worked per shift and per week. When an employee approaches the limit, the manager is alerted. No employee can be marked as worked beyond the statutory cap without an explicit overtime approval.
Overtime at 2× Wages
Any hours beyond 9/day or 48/week = double pay
Overtime worked must be compensated at twice the normal wage rate under the Act. Our system calculates OT hours automatically, routes them for approval, and passes the exact amount to payroll. No manual OT sheets.
Mandatory Weekly Holiday
